Tender description

East Sussex County Council intends to commission a service provider to provide Direct Payments Support Services. The Services are split into Lots as set out below: Lot 1 (Core Services): — Employment Core Support (including DBS checks), — Employment Managed Account Services, — Payroll Services. The service elements described in Lot 1 will be divided into two (2) parts, meaning that the two (2) Bidders will be awarded a contract under this Lot (1 for Part A and 1 for Part B). Lot 2 (Additional Services): — SAILS Managed Accounts, — Agency only Managed Accounts. The Service elements described in Lot 2 (Additional Services) will be awarded to a single Bidder.
