Tender description

Newcastle University is planning to refurbish the Fitness Suite in the Sports Centre. The Fitness Suite is currently split over 2 floors, providing a range of cardio vascular machines, resistance machines and free weights. A Sports Centre extension is planned to deliver additional activity space alongside specialised facilities for the delivery of a new Sports and Exercise Science programme. We will be looking to appoint a supplier in 2018, as they will be expected to attend a number of meetings with the works project team to coordinate design etc. We expect installation of the equipment to be November/December 2019. Health and Fitness Equipment. Strength and Conditioning Equipment. Spin Bikes. Performance Sport Equipment. We may divide into separate lots following the market consultation.
