ISS Cost Models QRPC bids Accruals and Billing Assurance Generation of Financial MI Input to approvals Delivery Records and Evidence Ad Hoc support Specialist role Performance analyst Expected Contract Length 31st March 2020 Latest start date Tuesday 3 April 2018 Who Speclialist Work With The project team is a mixture of Crown Servants and Specialist Contractor Support, fulfilling multiple roles within the architecture, project management, security assurance, test and development workspaces. What Specialists Work On Specialist Contractor Resource (CR) is required to work as an integral part of the ISS IntSys Team to provide financial, planning and risk management expertise. The CR will work closely with representatives of the Authority and their Delivery Partner(s) to undertake and complete deliverables relevant to the ISS Programme and its related projects. The tasking will include production of all financial models, financial management information and where necessary, input to all required approvals. Skills & Experience • Experience of Financial Management best practices – Cost Modelling, FOO production, etc. • Recent experience in working on a Project that is implementing information and communications technology (ICT) systems within a higher security domain working environment. • Must have DV clearance and be suitable for additional Security approval. • Detailed knowledge of MOD ICT provision. • Familiarity with JSP440 and JSP892 • Familiarity with Risk Management processes Nice to Haves • Previous experience of working within ISS • Previous experience of working within MOD Work Location Swindon. Will the specialist have to have active DV clearance or just willing to undergo this process for the position? No the incumbent will need to have current DV clearance and single UK National. 4. As it is a long contract, would there be the potential to accept someone with SC Clearance initially whilst the DV clearance is underway? No the incumbent will need to have DV clearance before taking up the post so that they can start working as soon as they start in post. 5. In terms of working arrangements, will there be any scope for remote work or will this be located on-site?
