Specialist use rent reviews/lease renewals; Specialist use lettings; Specialist use lease re-gears/extensions/overriding leases. Development Advice; Development Appraisals; Strategic Advice; Specialist Evaluation; Development Cost Auditing; Development Partnership & Implementation Advice; Advice on rationalisation/redevelopment of assets including option appraisals; Planning Viability Assessment; Building & Condition Surveys. Disposal by private treaty (long lease and freehold); Disposal by informal and formal tenders (long lease and freehold); Commercial Property Energy Performance Certificates; Negotiation of disturbance/home loss payments (Residential Property).
