The procurement of a MEP Design practice to act as the mechanical, electrical and public health designer from RIBA Stage 1 to 7 to design and deliver (1) a new Manchester City Centre campus and (2) new and refurbished facilities at the Openshaw campus. This lot concerns the procurement of a MEP Design practice to act as the mechanical, electrical and public health designer from RIBA Stage 1 to 7 to design and deliver a new Manchester City Centre campus for LTE Group. Co-ordinating with the lead designer to design and deliver to the client's budget, programme and aspirations for innovative facilities via the design and build contract including novation.
