Luton Borough Council like so many local authorities has a Sustainable Travel Policy and budget to promote resident awareness and use of more environmentally friendly and healthier forms of transport - to this end , LBC is seeking suppliers interested in providing a sustainable travel solution : namely the promotion, supply, service and repair of a complete ‘ Bicycle Hire and Docking Schemes ‘ to be installed at various locations in the Luton area.
