Tender description

The London Borough of Havering (the Council) intends to enter into a Members' Agreement to establish a joint venture LLP with FB BCR LLP to carry out a comprehensive redevelopment of the site at Bridge Close. It is the intention that the newly established joint venture LLP and the Council will enter into a Land Drawdown Agreement to regulate how the land is draw down into the Joint Venture LLP for development (including land acquired by way of a Compulsory Purchase Order), and a Development Management Agreement. The Council selected FB BCR LLP after satisfying itself that FB BCR LLP hold exclusive rights in land that engage Article 32 (2)(b)(ii) allowing for a direct award of the contract to be made.
