Tender description

The Authority is seeking the services of a qualified architect or urban designer to provide creative advice and written appraisals of the design and functionality of development proposals. For larger developments the Design Consultant will work as part of the Authority's multi-disciplinary development team alongside Authority officers and consultants to secure high quality place making in new development.
