Tender description
CLOSING TIME FOR BIDS IS 03/07/2017 AT 14:00 HOURS. DO NOT APPLY DIRECTLY TO THE BUYER. Our histopathology core facility is currently using antiquated (>20 years old) tissue staining equipment, and coverslips are currently applied to slides manually. We urgently require a new autostainer in order to provide high-quality tissue staining of a standard and consistency suitable for downstream automated analysis, and to support high-quality research. In addition, manual coverslipping of slides is time-consuming and wasteful of expert staff capacity.
