Tender description

The Council has decided to invite tenders for the collection of road condition data including Scanner, SCRIM, CVI, FNS, FMS, Deflectograph and Digital Video Image surveys on the Principal and Non-Principal Classified Roads and the Unclassified Road Networks within the geographical area of the road networks of: — Bracknell Forest Council, — Reading Borough Council, — Slough Borough Council, — West Berkshire Council, and, — Wokingham Borough Council. Tenders for the collection of road condition data including Scanner, SCRIM, CVI, FNS, FMS, Deflectograph and Digital Video Image surveys on the Principal and Non-Principal Classified Roads and the Unclassified Road Networks within the geographical area of the road networks of: — Bracknell Forest Council, — Reading Borough Council, — Slough Borough Council, — West Berkshire Council, and, — Wokingham Borough Council. The Contract Period will commence on 1st April 2018 with an initial 4-year term and a discretionary 1-year extension. Total contract value estimated between GBP620,000 and GBP970,000 depending on usage and contract duration.
