Tender description

The contract is to provide for the continuous protection of void properties in 3 areas within Northern Ireland, as identified by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive including: — Temporary and permanent fix security screens (including continuous maintenance), — Install, maintain and remove intruder alarms, — Drain down various plumbing and heating systems, — Maintain garden areas, including weed control, — Fix, inspect and remove lockboxes, — Provide fully licensed security personnel and guard dogs when required, — Provide a property status report per dwelling.
