Repair and maintenance services of security equipment

Tender description

The University of Exeter is looking to source contractors to perform the below services: Lot 1 — BEMS Maintenance. Provide operational and support services using a condition based maintenance approach to its Schneider BMS system. Lot 2 — Door Access System Maintenance. Provide both reactive (24/7-365) and preventative maintenance to the UOE Assa Abbloy Door Access Estate. The Contract shall cover: The supply of operation and maintenance support services for the building energy management system at University of Exeter and Metering system infrastructure. This will include a conditional based maintenance approach along with any reactive maintenance requirements. The maintenance contract shall be for a period of 2 years with the option to extend up to a maximum of 5 years. Full details can be found within the procurement documents. The Contract shall cover: The test, inspection and maintenance (Planned and Reactive) of the door access control system within the property portfolio of the University of Exeter. The security systems/buildings to be maintained utilise a combination of the following equipment: — ASSA Abbloy ARX door Access Control and Legacy ASSA (RITA) software system, — Salto and Smart air wireless systems (Including battery replacement of 100 batteries at Mardon Hall), — Intercom systems, — Maintenance of the ARX software. The maintenance contract shall be for a period of 2 years with the option to extend up to a maximum of 5 years. Full details can be found within the procurement documents.
