Repair and maintenance services of motor vehicles and associated equipment

Tender description

The council is seeking tenders to establish a framework agreement with suitable contractors to provide repair and maintenance to Dorset Waste Partnership (DWP) waste vehicles, in the East of Dorset. The vehicles to be maintained work out of two depots, one in Ferndown and one in Christchurch. Repair and maintenance of waste vehicles operating in the East Dorset District Council area (vehicles based at Ferndown Depot, BH21 7RG). This may include scheduled servicing of the DWP fleet, ad-hoc roadworthiness defect rectification work, specialist municipal inspections and defect rectification work, vehicle breakdown roadside assistance and recovery. Repair and maintenance of waste vehicles operating in the Christchurch District Council area (vehicles based at Christchurch Depot, BH1 3SW). This may include scheduled servicing of the DWP fleet, ad-hoc roadworthiness defect rectification work, specialist municipal inspections and defect rectification work, vehicle breakdown roadside assistance and recovery.
