Translink wishes to establish a Framework of Economic Operators to provide Signalling and Telecom Design Services and Works over a period of 8 years. The Framework will consist of a maximum of 3 economic operators. Suppliers will be ranked and offered work on rotation, max value 350k, or tendered via mini-competitions. The estimated expenditure over the term of the framework is 20 million pound sterling.
