Tender description

YPO are looking for providers to be appointed to a framework agreement for the provision of office pens for use primarily in the education market. This framework is designed to meet the needs of YPO by establishing an agreement for providers to deliver stock into YPO’s distribution centre in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. A comprehensive range of writing equipment including correction equipment. Precision writing pens, fine liners and metallic gel rollerballs. Cover the period from 3 March 2018 to 2 March 2019 with two options to extend for an additional 12 months. The maximum contract period will, therefore, be 4 years, from 3 March 2018 to 2 March 2022 (subject to an annual review, incorporating price negotiations and KPI performance).
