Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the Provision of Mobile Voice and Data Communications and Associated Products and Services

Tender description

To put in place a multi supplier Framework Agreement for Mobile Voice & Data and Associated Products and Services. The Framework Agreement will be accessed by Ministers of the Government of Ireland, Central Government Departments, Offices and non-commercial Agencies and Organisations which have a formal reporting and legal relationship to Central Government Departments, including all local authorities in Ireland (themselves including regional assemblies, local enterprise boards and library bodies). Contracting authorities in the Irish health sector including but not limited to the Health Service Executive (HSE); the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) and HSE funded Agencies delivering health & personal social services funded by more than 50% from Exchequer funds. Contracting authorities which are third Level Education Institutions (including but not limited to Universities and Institutes of Technology and members of the Education Procurement Service); HEAnet, its member institutions and subsidiaries, Educational and Training Boards (ETB), ETB schools, primary, post-primary, special schools groups and clusters of schools, An Garda Siochana, The Irish Prison Service and The Defence Forces.
