Tender description

Multi supplier framework agreement for mobile voice & data and associated products and services. To put in place, a multi-supplier framework agreement for mobile voice & data & associated products & services. The framework agreement will be accessed by Ministers of the Government of Ireland, Central Government Departments, Offices & non-commercial Agencies & Organisations which have a formal reporting & legal relationship to Central Government Departments, including all local authorities in Ireland (themselves including regional assemblies, local enterprise boards & library bodies). Contracting authorities in the Irish health sector including but not limited to the Health Service Executive (HSE); the Health Information & Quality Authority (HIQA) & HSE funded agencies delivering health & personal social services funded by more than 50 % from exchequer funds. Contracting authorities which are third Level education institutions (including but not limited to universities & institutes of technology & members of the education procurement service); HEAnet, its member institutions & subsidiaries, Educational & Training Boards (ETB), ETB schools, primary, post-primary, special schools groups & clusters of schools, An Garda Siochana, The Irish Prison Service & The Defence Forces.
