Tender description

The purpose of this tender is to establish an agreement to provide marquees to the University, to include site meetings with the client to discuss requirements, delivery and erection of marquees. Marquees are used for the University's award ceremonies. These events are important to the University's business so it is essential that products and services supplied to the University reflect its high standards. Structures must be lockable. The provision of marquees should meet British Manufactured Structures and be made to meet the high British Standards for wind loading and fire retardancy. The marquee covers and linings should be clean, bear no marks from previous use and of exceptional quality. The marquees will be erected on both grassed and hard standing surfaces.
