Tender description

This framework is for the provision of river corridor maintenance services, including incident response support, covering work on raised flood banks, river banks and in channel works. Services include: — vegetation and weed control, — invasive species management, — pest control, — tree work, and, — minor landscaping and other related services. This framework will enable the Operations Field Teams and Asset Performance Teams to meet this challenge and be incident ready. The Framework is intended to support the Employer’s Operations Delivery and Asset Performance Teams in the following areas: — Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Cheshire (GMMC), — Cumbria and Lancashire (C&L), — Yorkshire (Yorks), and, — Northumberland, Durham, and Tees (ND&T).
