Tender description

The Tender is to establish a Framework Agreement contract for the Supply of Electrosurgery Generators and Consumables and related services. The Framework Agreement contract will provide a range of disposable and reusable Electrosurgery items. The Framework Agreement contract will also include training and clinical support for implementation and through the lifetime of the contract. This is a committed spend Framework Agreement contract exercise for defined Trusts who have agreed to participate by entering a call-off contract under the Framework Agreement with the ability thereafter to add additional beneficiaries on a direct award basis provided that those beneficiaries can meet the commitment terms and conditions required. The duration of the Framework Agreement contract will be for 3 years, with the option of extending for up to 12 months.
