Tender description

SEAI intends issuing a request for tenders to appoint one service provider for the provision of turnkey exhibition project management services in relation to The SEAI Energy Show business-to-business event held annually. Services will include exhibitor recruitment/sales, major subcontractor selection and management, advance and on-site registration, event marketing, event logistics, venue and caterer liaison. The total estimated value of this contract is up to EUR 750 000 per annum. The contract is intended to be 1 year with an option to extend for up to 3 additional years. The venue for The SEAI Energy Show in the years 2019 — 2022 will be the subject of a separate Request for Tender. The event is currently hosted in the RDS, Dublin and so, with no prejudice to the aforementioned venue tender, the RDS is being used as an indicative venue. Please do not respond to this PIN.
