Tender description

The tender is to establish a framework agreement contract for the supply of electrosurgery generators and consumables and related services. The framework agreement contract will provide a range of disposable and reusable electrosurgery items. The framework agreement contract will also include training and clinical support for implementation and through the lifetime of the contract. This is a committed spend framework agreement contract exercise for defined Trusts who have agreed to participate by entering a call-off contract under the framework agreement with the ability thereafter to add additional beneficiaries on a direct award basis provided that those beneficiaries can meet the commitment terms and conditions required. The duration of the framework agreement contract will be for 3 years, with the option of extending for up to 12 months.
