We have a requirement for a data mapping tool to support our GDPR obligations. We are giving prospective bidders the opportunity to indicate if they have the solution that could meet our requirements. As a minimum the system needs to be able to do the following:- • Identify type of data i.e. name, dob, NI no etc • Use i.e. process, analysis, research etc • Data owner • Where held • What format • Who uses it • Privacy Impact Assessments • Risk rating of data • Risk controls • Hold Data Sharing Agreements • Hold Info Security policies/procedures • Data flows • Dashboard reporting • Classifications We are holding a market engagement session on Wednesday 17th January 2018 and inviting supplier to come in for an informal chat to help us see what is available in the market to enable us to scope out our procurement process.
