Tender description

2018-2023 Stock Investment Framework to Bernicia Homes Lot 1 encompasses works in the Northern Region of Bernicia's operating area (ie Northumberland and parts of Tyne & Wear, excluding the former Wansbeck region which will be allocated to Bernicia’s in-house PMD). It will consist of a framework agreement for the provision of design, coordination and construction works relating to planned improvements to the Bernicia Group’s housing stock, including maintaining the Decent Homes standard, bringing properties up to the Bernicia Standard and general maintenance/improvements. Lot 2 encompasses works in the Southern Region of Bernicia's operating area (ie County Durham, Tees Valley and parts of Tyne & Wear). It will consist of a framework agreement for the provision of design, coordination and construction works relating to planned improvements to the Bernicia Group’s housing stock, including maintaining the Decent Homes standard, bringing properties up to the Bernicia Standard and general maintenance/improvements.
