Tender description

To support their on-going development TRG wishes to establish a 3-year non-binding framework agreement for the provision of a Clerk of Works/Site Quality Control Service relating to the construction of new domestic homes, specialist facilities, and sheltered schemes. There will be an option to extend for two 12 month increments subject to satisfactory performance. Services are required for new build construction of domestic accommodation and services, infrastructure and external works and community facilities. The services relate to all aspects of new build construction works in a domestic context. The anticipated value of the contract is £250,000 pa (750,000 GBP over 3 years). The Riverside Group Limited is a Housing Association that owns and manages approximately 53,000 homes. To support its on-going development it wishes to form a framework of Clerk of Works service providers to regionally support their building and development programme over the next 3 - 5 years. The anticipates value of the contract is approximately £250,000 GBP pa. split into 3 regional lots. Lot 1 approx. £100,000 pa (subject to change as developments are approved.
