New Garda National Support Services HQ building on a brownfield site, providing vital Garda infrastructure for national policing. Office building will be approx seven storeys in height, over 2 floors of basement car parking with a large central atrium space. Building area is circa 11 100 m2 with basement car parking of approx 12 000 m2. Overall development will consist of the building, secure landscaped courtyards, demolition of existing shed and all ancillary services.
