Tender description

The contracting authority would like, through this competition, to enter into a framework agreement for strategic and operational advertising agency services. The tenderer shall, amongst other things, contribute to profile building and to realizing the municipality´s communication goals, which involve giving inhabitants an insight into the municipality´s services and what it offers, motivating inhabitants to participate in decision processes, ensuring future labor and good internal work processes and culture. Furthermore, the tenderer shall particularly contribute to complying with the municipality´s communication strategy point 5.3. It states here that all information shall clearly state who the sender is and that the municipality´s visual profile shall be used consistently and correctly in order to ensure recognition so that the municipality appears as one sender. http://stavanger.kommune.no/Documents/Kommunikasjonsstrategi.pdf?epslanguage=no Stavanger municipality has revised/adjusted its visual profile in recent years. The assignment also includes further development of the visual profile. The contract will apply to all of the contracting authority´s departments and entities. The contract can also apply to municipal companies who would like to use it. The contracting authority reserves the right to prepare some products/concepts/systems itself. This particularly applies to simple printed matter and digital and network-based systems.
