1075 Service, Maintenance, Repair and Replacement of CCTV System for De Montfort University Leicester.

Tender description

De Montfort University seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out planned maintenance, reactive repairs, replacement equipment works and supply of spares equipment to its CCTV system on its Leicester Campus and associated sites. The Contractor will carry out planned preventative maintenance, service and repairs to the onsite CCTV system. The Contractor will provide a reactive callout service both in normal working hours and out of hours. The successful Contractor will also provide quotations to carry out replacement and upgrade work as may be requested by the University or as result of equipment failure or product end of life. The Contractor will supply CCTV parts and equipment to De Montfort University as per (but not limited to) the Equipment list in the Tender Summary. The contract is for 2 years, with additional extension years of 1yr+, 1yr+ (total 4 years) The extension period will depend upon successful delivery performance, contract management, meeting all KPI's and the satisfaction of DMU.
