Tender description

DCMS aims to improve the quality of life for all through cultural and sporting activities, to support the pursuit of excellence and to champion the tourism, creative and leisure industries. It is responsible for government policy on sport. As part of this, it is also responsible for the UK's national anti-doping policy, which UK Anti-Doping (UKAD) delivers. The Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport wishes to appoint an independent panel of legal and non-legal members established to determine anti-doping disputes in sport in the United Kingdom.
