Tender description

This procurement is for the purchase of Tools,Sports Equipment,Machinery care and basic Maintenance tools,Consumables, Chemicals and Fertilisers and Equipment required to implement Grounds maintenance operations. It is our intention to purchase goods by ordering before 20th March 2017, for delivery by the 3rd April 2017. Whilst it is our intention to purchase the indicated volumes, we reserve the right to amend the quantity (reduce) in accordance with budgetary and operational needs.For evaluation purposes we will use the quantities indicated in the pricing schedule.This will be the case for all lots. This requirement has been divided into 6 lots, the detail of which will be included in the attached product list specification (APPENDIX A) and listed below. Bidders are able to submit a response for one,multiple or all lots. Lots will be evaluated and awarded separately against the published evaluation criteria. All Tools,Equipment and Machinery items must have minimum 12 months warranty. The Council reserves the right to refuse, and therefore not pay for, any items deemed as not adhering to the published product minimum specifications. If any goods (that are provided as a result of this procurement exercise) are found to be faulty/not fit for purpose, the Council require the broken/unsuitable item(s) to be collected and a replacement(s) delivered within 48 hrs or within defind and agreed timescales. Lot headings: Lot 1: Tools. Lot 2: Sports Equipment. Lot 3: Machinery and basic maintenance tools. Lot 4: Consumables. Lot 5: Chemicals and Fertilisers. Lot 6: Equipment The Council reserves the right to award all lots to a single supplier. The Council also reserves the right to award lots to different suppliers.
