Tender description

NHSPS would like to investigate via this PIN, the following strategic integration and management of telecommunications and infrastructure related services across its entire business estate. — Access to ‘single pane of glass’ Dashboard view of the business support services (BSS) with the ability to ‘drill down’ and access live and historical records (BI data) from other services; — Access to Dashboard view of the Operational support services (OSS) with the ability enable, change or disable a user/group of users profiled services (multiple services with 1 click); — Wholly NHSPS owned IP range; — Provision of services as a pooled and shared resource; (e.g. Corporate mobile voice and data minutes); — MPLS telecommunications network and associated QOS levels; — Access to the Internet, Azure Express, N3 (or equivalent) and it successor network and PSTN; — Mobile Services (Contactless/MDM services — authentication service integration with other services); — Print services (MFDs, AIOs and VPN remote personal printing); — Access to public Wi-fi hotspots; — Voice over IP Services (using Skype for Business) — In-house Wi-fi (using secure cloud configuration, management and authentication).
