Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust requires the continued functionality of an electronic document management system which was originally awarded under Trust tender ref BTH 060. OJEU ref 2011/S 36-058898. Additional works and services are required and a full re-procurement of the system for a limited time period would not be economically viable. The Trust understands that it is unlikely that an alternative supplier would be able to access the software to support and extend as required. A potential new supplier would require substantial duplication of costs already incurred.
