Tender description

The St Bart's Charity has approved a proposal to create a platform for global leadership in cardiovascular care, research and education at the Bart's Heart Centre (BHC). Part of the proposal is to establish an enabling infrastructure which includes creating a unique informatics platform for PROMs, the Bart's CV Registry and linked Bio-repository. The BHC plan to implement a local cardiac PROMs digital solution which will enable consented patients, or carers, to logon from anywhere on a platform of their choice and record their outcomes over a pre-defined set period of time. Reporting is of key importance with the ability to produce multiple reports for consultants, GPs, NHS forums and patients/carers and send them electronically to the correct recipient. Bart's require a scalable, enterprise solution with full resilience and fail over capabilities.
