Tender description

The purpose of this Prior Information Notice is to notify the market of the impending procurement and to invite interested suppliers to participate in the Council's soft market testing exercise, where both the Council and bidders will have the opportunity to discuss the scope and nature of the opportunity and the lotting strategy and timetable in more detail. Westminster City Council will be re-procuring its Street Outreach Services for Rough Sleepers. The current configuration has 1 global outreach team (Contact and Assessment Service — CAS) supplemented by 2 specialist teams (Compass and Hot Spot). The Compass team works with long-term entrenched rough sleepers and the hotspot team focuses on action planning rough sleeping ‘hot spots’ to reduce large concentrations of rough sleepers so effective support work can take place.
