Tender description

This service is to provide an employability provision for Service Users who have complex needs. Procurement of a service to increase the employability of Service Users by providing employability skills (communication, action plan, goals, education, volunteering and work experience) which are delivered as individual / group / classroom based mediums. Service Users will typically be those in recovery from or living with issues which create barriers to employment and which complicate the likelihood of effective engagement by other services to meet their employability needs. These include substance misuse; homelessness; or offending background; and may include significant psycho-social issues or complex trauma.
