Drapers Academy and Drapers Maylands wish to invite tenders for the provision of cleaning the school buildings. When the tender documents have been made available involved suppliers will receive notification via email; the tender documents can be accessed from the ‘My Tenders’ section of their registration page by selecting the ‘view details’ button. Please note that it is a requirement of the Public contracts Regulations 2015 that all tender documents are disclosed at the PQQ stage; this is to enable suppliers to ascertain whether they have the capacity to complete the process. The ONLY documents required to be returned at the end of stage 1 (PQQ) are: 1. The standard questionnaire (ICS — S3 — 001) word document 2. A copy of your financial evidence as per section 4 Economic and Financial Standing 3. Confirmation of site visit attendees should you progress to stage 2 — ITT All other documents are for information purposes only and will be issued upon progression to stage 2 (ITT) Cleaning services are required as described in the proposal document. The contract will begin on 1st September 2017 and run until 31st August 2020 with an option to extend as per the contractual Terms and Conditions ITT Section 2, for 2 further 12 month periods. Please note there may be a delay of up to 12 hours between the contract notice publication and the tender details being available on the e-tendering portal. Key dates to note are: Tenderers site visit — Thursday 4.5.2017 at 10:30 Presentations by finalists — Friday 23.6.2017 — times for each candidate will be confirmed at the time Onsite signing of terms and conditions — 20.7.2017 at midday. You must ensure an authorised signatory attends this meeting.
