Tender description

Situated in Milton Keynes -Shenley Brook End School is a large and growing school which is a welcoming place where students are known and nurtured. The school was planned and built in four phases the final phase finished and opened in early 2016 with buildings stretching for around half a mile over two floors. The service is currently managed by the school. The School Buildings occupy a total of 15,928 m2; including store rooms and boiler room which are not cleaned by the cleaning team. Currently the school is cleaned afternoon/evenings from 3:30 pm through to 7:30 pm TUPE information has been requested and will be included in the tender pack. Currently employees are only contracted for 38 weeks per year but are requested to do extra work for the periodics during holidays.
