Repair and maintenance services of electrical and mechanical building installations

Tender description

Bangor University wishes enter into a Measured Term Contract with a suitable contractor to provide electrical and mechanical maintenance services and small works including: reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance, an out of hours call out service, and minor projects works up to a single order value of 20 000 GBP. The University will use the JCT Measured Term Contract Form of Contract (2011), the PSA Schedule of Rates for Mechanical Services 2016 and the PSA Schedule of Rates for Electrical Services 2016, as a basis of this contract. It is anticipated that there will be a regular flow of maintenance and small project works within the contract period. Further details are provided within the tender documents. Please note that tenderers will be deemed to have visited the sites to inspect and familiarise themselves with the nature of the estate and conditions prior to tendering.
