Tender description
Sheffield City Council is re-opening the Tertiary Framework for Home Support Provision (Ref 9ZAB-RTOE06). This is a Re-Opening of the Framework Agreement for the above service. Current providers who already have been awarded a place on the framework SHOULD NOT reapply; this is only for new providers who DO NOT already have a place on the framework. The aim of the Service is to support Individuals who require care and support to help them live in their own homes. The model of Service will be one that enables people to achieve as much independence as they can by working with them to make the most of their skills and abilities in relation to their physical, intellectual, emotional and social capacity.
