Re Opening of Specialised community activities for adults through an accredited list of approved providers

Tender description

Herefordshire Council (HC) is seeking to create a Approved Providers List, 'the List', in respect of Specialised Community Activities for Adults in Herefordshire.The List was established in the summer of 2016 and the council now wishes to reopen the application process to enable unsuccessful applicants to reapply and to enable new entrants to the market to have the opportunity to apply for inclusion in the List. This tender will be let as 'Light Touch' under the regulations and will be maintained as an open list for (providers to apply to join at any time even after the initial closing date stated in this notice) in a similar way to a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) with some deviations in terms of the evaluation and award timeframes and the award of mini tenders which may be focused on service needs in terms of geographical location, service user needs and/or choice or other requirements.
