Quotation for a Techno-Economic Feasibility Study for the Borough of Sandwell The Council, with the support of the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy's Heat Network Delivery Unit (HNDU) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified organisation with a proven track record in the design of heat networks to undertake a Techno - Economic Feasibility Study that will help shape future investment and interventions designed to reduce energy costs for the local authority, businesses and residents of the borough.
