Tender description

QUB wishes to appoint an experienced contractor for the provision of Support Services to Measured Term Contracts. The engagement shall consist of the daily management, in partnership with and under the direction of the University, of the five Measured Term Contract (MTC) arrangements namely: - — Building, Mechanical and Electrical Services based on PSA Schedule of Rates, — Painting and Decorating Services based on PSA Schedule of Rates, — Installation of Security Equipment and Systems. The security MTC contract includes CCTV equipment, Access Control, Access Barriers, Intruder Alarms and Control Room equipment based on a bespoke schedule of rates, — Asbestos removal and encapsulation based on a bespoke schedule of rates, — Flooring finishes based on a bespoke schedule of rates.
