Tender description
The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (The Council) is seeking to purchase 3,000 gel-filled sandbags for use in protecting premises that are at risk of flood damage. The decision to purchase gel-filled bags has been made owing to the advantages of being able to store a high quantity of bags within a relatively small space, and the ease through which gel-filled sandbags can be transported prior to exposure to water.
