PSEUDO DPS FOR THE PROVISION OF OUTCOME FOCUSED SUPPORT FOR PEOPLE LIVING AT HOME AND IN THE COMMUNITY

Tender description

This is an overarching contract for the provision of support within the service users home or within the community. It is a Psuedo DPS contract allowing providers to get added at any time. The initial closing date to receive completed tenders 3rd Feb 2017 however, this opportunity will remain open until the contract end date on 31/03/2021. The intention is to have a series of lots within this contract. The first Lot to be added is Lot 1 Provision of complex and non-complex for people with learning disability and / or Autism Spectrum condition within their own home and within the community. With further lots being added during the contract duration. All providers are welcome to apply to be on any additional lots as and when they become available. The Council is unable to give an indication of when the additional lots may be available however, it is expected that they will operate in line with the duration of the overarching contract. Details of the requirements and pricing of each lot will be included within the Specification for that service.
