PP17047 - Bingley Centre Internal Alterations and Car Park Repair Works

Tender description

The works comprise: Internal alterations works associated with the proposed improvement to office and storage accommodation including: Removal of walls, Replacement internal doors, Renewal of floor coverings, Decorations, Replacement external doors & door entry controls, Repairs to existing windows, Mechanical; & Electrical alterations and car park repair works. The Contractor is directed to the drawings to identify the exact nature and location of the works. The proposed Terms and Conditions for the requirement are the JCT MINOR WORKS BUILDING CONTRACT 2011, issued September 2011 incorporating Amendment 1 issued March 2015. It is assumed that you will have a copy of these conditions and that you are familiar with them. The proposed date for Commencement of the Works on site is Monday 5th June 2017 with a Completion date of no later than Friday 1st September 2017. It should be noted it is the Council's intention that this requirement will be awarded to a single supplier who will be responsible for the delivery of the entire works.
