Tender description

Stockport Council on behalf of libraries in the North West is considering options for an open library technology system by means of this soft market testing exercise. We want to hear from any suppliers that could provide this service for North West authorities. Stockport is intending to install open library technology in five libraries initially but with the intention of rolling it out to others in the future. Manchester Libraries are looking to install the system in three libraries during 2017. Most of the other North West authorities are also considering the technology.
