Tender description
Northampton is a large town in the east midlands with a population of around 220,000. Northampton Borough Council is committed to protecting our environment, delivering a clean and attractive town for residents and visitors. Environmental Services including streetcare, waste collection and grounds maintenance services are delivered on a contract basis. We are looking for input from the market that will help us to develop a solution, to provide a targeted litter enforcement service in the town centre and in suburban shopping centres with a possibility of fly tipping and dog fouling to be included in the future.
