Tender description

Queen's University Belfast (QUB) seeks to engage with Economic Operators that supply the imaging and patterning equipment listed below. 1: 200kV Field Emission Gun Transmission Electron Microscope (FEGTEM) platform with Scanning Transmission Electron Microscopy (STEM) capability and an Energy Dispersive X-ray (EDX) Detector system as a minimum. 2: Dual-beam focused ion beam (FIB) microscope with specimen lift-out system and plasma cleaning capability. 3: Precision laser lithography and 3D printing system, capable of creating structures with features ranging from the sub-micron to millimetre length scales.
