Tender description

Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS England Midlands and East (Central Midlands) and NHS Milton Keynes CCG (MKCCG) would like to inform potential Providers of the intention to procure Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) for GP medical practice: Neath Hill Health Centre, 1 Tower Cres, Neath Hill, Milton Keynes, MK14 6JY. AGCSU will be managing this Procurement in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the ‘Regulations’). The Service(s) are being procured as ‘Schedule 3 — Social and Other Specific Services’ and AGCSU is bound only by those parts of the Regulations applying to Schedule 3 services. The Contract will be for a minimum period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 year (this will be subject to approval from MKCCG, MKCCG will be the Commissioners as of 1.4.2017). It is envisaged that TUPE will apply to the contract. The estimated core contract value for Neath Hill Health Centre will be 904 938 GBP over the 3 year contract period, this excludes costs for QOF and Enhanced Services. It is essential that interested Providers must be able to demonstrate an ability to mobilise the service to ensure a service commencement date of 1.7.2017. The Commissioners are running a market engagement exercise to engage with the market to gather facts on potential Providers and are requesting Providers to complete a market engagement questionnaire which is available through the Arden and GEM CSU Bravo Procurement portal: https://ardengemcsu.bravosolution.co.uk Providers are requested to complete the market engagement questionnaire by 12:00 noon on 10.3.2017.
