Tender description
Provision of service from providers with new and innovative ways of delivering care at home services. The provision of care at home services which can provide efficiencies in operational delivery, enhance capacity and assist the Council to meet the future demand for a growing elderly population. This includes services which involve the increased use of technology; offer a more joined-up approach with other existing support services; and have a particular focus on prevention and the maintenance of independence.
